Availability and charges
Available destinations, methods and shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment. If a destination or method is not offered, contact us before ordering. Any free-shipping offer applies only on its advertised terms.
Processing and transit are separate
Processing is the time needed to prepare an order before handing it to a carrier. Transit follows dispatch. Product-specific estimates take priority over general information in this policy. Check the information presented for your order before paying.

This product is supplied through Zendrop Fulfillment from China. The supplier currently reports typical processing of 1–3 business days, with up to 5 business days during peak periods. Its current average shipping time to the United States is 8 days after dispatch. That average is not labeled as business days.
Eight days is an average, not a guaranteed maximum or a delivery promise measured from the order date. Factory stock, inbound freight, carrier conditions, customs and peak demand can affect timing. Estimates can change.
Other products and destinations

Tracking and separate packages
We provide available tracking information when an order ships. Multi-item orders may arrive in separate packages with separate tracking updates.
Delays and unavailable items
If we learn an unshipped order cannot ship within its communicated timeframe, we notify you and provide the cancellation, consent-to-delay and refund options required by applicable law. If we cannot fulfill an item, we contact you and refund the appropriate amount. Estimates and supplier delays do not remove your legal rights.
Address corrections and delivery problems
Check your delivery address before ordering. Contact us promptly for corrections; changes may not be possible once processing or shipment begins. If tracking shows delivery but you have not received the parcel, contact us so we can investigate. We do not automatically reject a claim solely because tracking shows delivery.
International duties and taxes
Where international shipping is offered, customs duties or import taxes may apply. Amounts collected by Milk & Main are shown before payment. Where a carrier or customs authority will collect additional charges, responsibility and available information must be disclosed before purchase. Contact us before ordering if this is unclear. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
